10. Further comments: On 15/1/2016 Cubic (London) Limited ("Cubic") which is owned in equal parts by San Gabriel Privatstiftung and T.R. Privatstiftung, as purchaser has concluded a conditional share purchase agreement with Talanx Asset Management GmbH, Charles- de-Gaulle-Platz 1, Cologne, as seller regarding the acquisition of 1,095,162 ordinary shares issued to bearer in C-QUADRAT Investment AG ("C-QUADRAT"), corresponding to 25.10% of the voting rights in C-QUADRAT ("SPA"). The SPA was subject to the regulatory approval of by the competent authorities. On 10/06/ 2016 the Austrian Financial Market Authority has informed Cubic that it has no objections against the acquisition of 1,095,162 ordinary shares issued to bearer in C-QUADRAT from Talanx Asset Management GmbH.
