DuPont Fabros Technology Boosts Dividend 40%

(RTTNews) - DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (DFT) said Wednesday that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.35 per common share for the first quarter of 2014.  

The increase is $0.10 per common share, or 40%, over the previous quarter's dividend, and will be paid on April 15 to all shareholders of record on April 4.

"Our quarterly dividend has nearly tripled from the $0.12 per share amount it was two years ago and has increased 75% versus one year ago," said Hossein Fateh, President and Chief Executive Officer of DuPont Fabros Technology.  "The continued strength of DFT's leasing and operating results allows the dividend to increase as we maintain our policy of distributing 100 percent of taxable income."
