DuPont Fabros Appoints Jeffrey Foster As CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (DFT), has named Jeffrey Foster as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, replacing Mark Wetzel, who stepped down his role to pursue another opportunity.

Jeff Foster, who joined DFT in July 2007, has been the firm's Chief Accounting Officer since its initial public offering. Earlier to joining DFT, Foster served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Global Signal, Inc., currently a part of Crown Castle International Corp., which owns, leases and manages communications towers and other communications sites.

Foster is a seasoned accounting and finance officer with nearly 30 years of experience.
