(RTTNews) - Diodes Incorporated (DIOD) reported second-quarter net income attributable to stockholders of $17.4 million or $0.36 per share, compared to $8.6 million or $0.18 per share in the comparable quarter last year.

Adjusted net income for the latest second quarter was $18.2 million or $0.38 per share, up from $47.5 million or $0.33 per share in the prior-year period.
