(RTTNews) - Diamondback Energy, Inc. (FANG) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2 million shares of its common stock by certain selling stockholders at a price to the public of $90.04 per share, of which shares 1 million will be sold by certain entities controlled by Wexford Capital LP and 1 million will be sold by Gulfport Energy Corporation (GPOR). All of the net proceeds will go to the selling stockholders.
