Lars Windhorst, United Kingdom, notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its share of voting rights in euromicron AG (formerly named as: euromicron Aktiengesellschaft communication & control technology), Frankfurt/Main, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3% on 23 March 2015 and amounts to 4.24% (304,404 voting rights) on that day.

304.404 voting rights (4.24%) are attributed to the company pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are thereby held through the following company controlled by it that each hold 3 percent or more of the voting rights in euromicron AG: Sapinda Asia Limited
