The Board of net mobile AG welcomes and supports the takeover offer of DOCOMO Digital GmbH

Dusseldorf, January 14, 2016 - The Board of net mobile AG (ISIN: DE000813852) supports the public takeover bid of Dusseldorf based DOCOMO Digital GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT DOCOMO, INC.

The Board believes that the acquisition of all outstanding shares by the bidder is entirely in the interests of the company, employees and shareholders.

"We welcome the public offer to acquire all the shares by DOCOMO Digital. Over past six years, we have worked together very well with DOCOMO and DOCOMO is now our most important client. Furthermore, DOCOMO has supported us in the acquisition of new business and provided financial support when needed. The 100% takeover by DOCOMO means we would cooperate even more closely with our parent company and particularly with our sister companies, which will allow us to create additional synergies." says Edgar Schnorpfeil, CEO of net mobile AG.

The bidder will publish more information about the tender offer, including the offer document, on their website www.docomodigital.com. The offer document is expected to be published on 14 January 2016.
