CPI PROPERTY GROUP: Cancellation of 5.0 per cent notes due 2025

Reference is made to the following notes issued by CPI PROPERTY GROUP (the "Issuer"):

a) EUR 330 million 5.0 per cent notes due 2025 issued on 5 November, 2015, and

b) EUR 170 million 5.0 per cent notes due 2025 issued on 20 August, 2015,

which were consolidated and form a single series under ISIN code XS1279550260 (the "Notes").

Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has purchased all of the outstanding Notes and that pursuant to §11 (2) of the Notes' terms and conditions, the Issuer has decided to cancel all of the Notes. The Issuer will promptly surrender the Notes to the Principal Paying Agent for cancellation.
