Erratum to the CPI PROPERTY GROUP's press release and the semiannual management report as at 30 June 2017, issued on 31 August 2017

CPI PROPERTY GROUP issues this erratum to the press release and the semiannual management report as at 30 June 2017, both issued on 31 August 2017. This erratum is issued due to a typo with respect to the information about the Consolidated Leverage Ratio and the Secured Consolidated Leverage Ratio.

The press release of 31 August 2017 as well as the semiannual management report as at 30 June 2017 contained the amount of 46.3% for Consolidated Leverage Ratio and 36.7% for Secured Consolidated Leverage Ratio, whereas the correct amounts are 48.5% for Consolidated Leverage Ratio and 38.4% for Secured Consolidated Leverage Ratio.

The corrected press release as well as the corrected the semiannual management report as at 30 June 2017 are being issued similarly with this erratum.
