CPI PROPERTY GROUP announces a disposal of Arkády Prostějov shopping gallery. The shopping gallery, with the total gross leasable area of approximately 10,000 square meters, is located in Prostějov, eastern part of Czechia. The Company decided to proceed with this disposal, since it considered Arkády Prostějov as a non-core asset.
