Following the successful negotiation conclusion, A.H.T. Syngas Technology N.V. (AHT) and their Indonesian representative PT B.E. Techindo (BET) with their Indonesian partner PT M.W. (MWE) signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) for the erection of two plant complexes at a province of Indonesia with 5 MW electrical output. MWE is an Indonesian energy service provider which plans in Phase I a collaboration for commissioning of the first of two plant complexes until end of 2017. The overall project volume for Phase I sums up to several mil-lion Euros. MWE is responsible for project planning and securing the necessary infrastruc-ture measures. BET and AHT serve as technology provider and conduct all service and maintenance tasks. Customer for the produced electrical power is a partly state-owned company active in the wood processing industries. As feedstock for the AHT twin-fire gas generation process serve wood residuals accumulating during the customer's production processes. Overcapacities can be fed to the existing grid. With these projects, AHT strengthens its acceptance and presence in the Southeast-Asian expanding markets, after a coal gas generation plant had been successfully commissioned in Tyan at Indonesia's island Borneo. "We are confident that these projects and our most recent market success in Japan will significantly push our growth strategy forward and we hope to set a counterpoint to the current weakness of our share price. As we cannot recognise any fundamental reason for this situation, we assume dispositions from existing shareholders of our earlier acquired Dutch stock exchange shell company. Possibly, those remaining share-holders are selling their stocks now", states Gero Ferges, CEO of AHT.
