DF Deutsche Forfait AG: Amendment to insolvency plan

- Hearing and voting meeting on 29 April 2016

Cologne, 28 April 2016 - The insolvency plan as submitted on 29 February 2016 and as amended with version as of 8 April 2016 in the insolvency proceedings over the assets of DF Deutsche Forfait AG (Prime Standard ISIN: DE000A14KN88) (file number: 72 IN 433/15) has once again been modified following negotiations with various creditors. The amendments mainly relate to a reduction of the waiver ratio of the partial debt waiver by the creditors, which now amounts in a first step to 61.96 % rather than 63.7 %. Further amendments can be seen in the compare version as compared with the version as of 8 April 2016 which is published on the company's website under http://www.dfag.de/investor-relations/publikationen/.

With respect to the improved insolvency dividend, the company continues to assume that the insolvency plan is so appealing that the vast majority of the creditors will vote in favour of the insolvency plan during the hearing and voting meeting which is scheduled for 29 April 2016.
