Devoteam to Sell Its Telecom Activities in France to Ericsson & Refocus on Its Strategic Offerings

EMEA leader in ICT consulting and services, Devoteam announces today its intention to sell its subsidiary Devoteam T&M to Ericsson, the world’s leader in communication technologies and services professionals. Devoteam T&M (Telecom & Media) represents 7% of Devoteam’s global turnover with 400 skilled services professionals, mainly serving the French market.

The closing of the sale is subject to consultation and customary closing conditions, expected at the beginning of second quarter of 2013.

The deal is a significant step in an ongoing strategic transformation for Devoteam, announced in July 2012, which has the ambition to refocus its service portfolio, in order to build high-value niche positions on seven domains:

• Cloud transformation,
• IT Service Excellence,
• Telecom Network Transformation,
• Mobile & Digital Enabler,
• Risk & Security,
• Data & Information Management,
• IT Transformation.
