Devoteam : Contract Termination

Devoteam (Paris:DVT) (NYSE Euronext Paris DVT) announces that the IT Outsourcing contract between Devoteam Outsourcing SAS and Pierre Fabre SA will expire on December 31^st, 2014. The termination of the contract marks a next step in Devoteam’s effort to concentrate on its strategic offers. It does not entail any modification of the financial targets of the Group for 2014.
