Deutsche Bank to Host 12th Annual Women on Wall Street(R) Conference

Deutsche Bank today announced that its Women on Wall Street® Network (WOWSTM) will host its 12th Annual ‘Women on Wall Street®’ conference, entitled ‘Ordinary to Extraordinary: Negotiating for What You Want’, on Tuesday, October 3, 2006 in New York City. "‘Women on Wall Street®’ is an example of Deutsche Bank’s strong commitment to ensuring that employees receive support in networking and career development,” said Seth Waugh, Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank Americas. "By opening the event to professionals from Wall Street and the broader business community, we hope to encourage further dialogue on important career and work-life issues.” The conference will begin at 5:30 p.m. with welcoming remarks by Roelfien Kuijpers, Global Head of Institutional Business, Deutsche Asset Management. Seth Waugh will then provide opening comments. This will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Susan Scott, CEO and Founder of Fierce Inc., and author of Fierce Conversations. Panelists will offer their professional and personal insights on being successful leaders and negotiators. Scott will also be the keynote speaker. Scheduled panelists include: Lisa Dennison, Director, Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum Theresa Gusman, Head of Americas Large Cap Core Equities and Global Commodities, Deutsche Asset Management Ann W. Jackson, Chairman and CEO, WRC Media, Inc. Sandie O’Connor, Global Head of Securities Lending and Execution Products, JPMorgan Chase Deborah C. Wright, Chairman and CEO, Carver Bancorp, Inc. From 1997 - 2000, the conference attracted 1,500 participants each year. In 2001 - 2004, approximately 2,000 individuals attended each year, with over 2,300 attending in 2005.
