Deutsche Angestellten Krankenkasse (DAK) Selects Healthways to Implement Programs for Members with Chronic Diseases

Healthways International GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Healthways (NASDAQ: HWAY) and the Deutsche Angestellten Krankenkasse (DAK) have announced a three-year agreement to provide Healthways Health and Care SupportSM Programs to DAK members with chronic diseases in two regions of Germany (Bavaria and Baden-Württemburg), beginning January 1, 2008.
