The preliminary notification to the General Shareholders’ meeting containing the agenda of the meeting and the draft resolutions was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on July 24, 2015 and is available at the following address: http://www.3ds.com/investors/shareholders-meetings/2015-extraordinary; the convening notice will be published in the BALO on August 17, 2015 and will be available at the foregoing address.
