Dassault Systèmes: Amount of the Dividend and Option to Receive Payment of Dividend in the Form of Shares

Dassault Systèmes (Paris:DSY) (Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA) announces that the Board of Directors held on March 17, 2016 decided to propose to the next General Meeting of Shareholders of May 26, 2016 the approval of a dividend of forty-seven cents of euros (€0.47) per share for the year 2015.

As in 2015, it will also be proposed that each shareholder be granted the option to choose to receive payment of the dividends in the form of shares.

Shares will be traded ex-dividend as of June 2, 2016 and dividends made payable as from June 24, 2016.
