Crane Co. Raises Full-Year EPS Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Crane Co. (CR) announced, for 2018, the company now expects EPS, excluding special items, of $5.80-$5.90, compared to the prior range of $5.60-$5.80. Full year 2018 free cash flow is now expected to be in a range of $260-$290 million, compared to the prior range of $250-$280 million.

For the third quarter, excluding special Items, EPS increased 43% to $1.62. Sales were $856 million, an increase of 23% compared to $696 million in the third quarter of 2017.

Crane Co. announced its regular quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share for the fourth quarter of 2018. The dividend is payable on December 10, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2018.
