Cortendo Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Cortendo AB (publ) [ticker: CORT on NOTC-A], today announced it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Cortendo AB has applied to list its ordinary shares on The NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "SBBP.”

BofA Merrill Lynch and Stifel are acting as joint book-running managers of the proposed offering. JMP Securities is acting as lead manager, Roth Capital Partners is acting as co-manager and Arctic Securities is acting as an advisor.
