Coronado Biosciences Names Lindsay Rosenwald Chairman, President And CEO
(RTTNews) - Coronado Biosciences Inc. (CNDO), Friday said it appointed Lindsay Rosenwald as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, with effect from yesterday. The company said that Harlan Weisman, director, Chairman and CEO departed from the company. In addition to that, Michael Weiss has been appointed as a Board director and Co-Vice Chairman.
Rosenwald, founder of the company and director since October 2009, has resigned as a member of the Board's Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
