Corium International Prices IPO At $8.00/shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Corium International Inc. (CORI), a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development, manufacture and commercialization of specialty transdermal products, announced that it has priced its initial public offering of 6.50 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $8.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Corium.

The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market on April 3, 2014 under the symbol "CORI".

Corium said it has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 975,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.
