Expansion of the Sheet Metal Processing business

Zurich, July 14, 2016. - Conzzeta today announces the closing of the agreement to acquire DNE Laser, Shenzhen, China. Consistent with the announcement on March 30, 2016, Conzzeta acquired a stake of 51%, with effective date July 14, 2016, and first-time consolidation in the second half of 2016.

DNE Laser complements the Sheet Metal Processing business of Bystronic, which is part of the Conzzeta business portfolio. Bystronic is a leading supplier of solutions for the processing of sheet metal and other sheet materials, primarily with high-end laser cutting solutions. DNE Laser by contrast covers the middle and lower-end product segments of laser cutting equipment.
