Community Health Systems Sees FY13 Revenues Below View - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Community Health Systems, Inc. (CYH) Monday reported preliminary results for the fiscal 2013 and fiscal 2014, relating to the company's pending acquisition of Health Management Associates, Inc. and other acquisition-related activities.

For the fiscal 2013, the company currently projects revenues in the range of $12.975 billion to $13.000 billion. Analysts currently expect 2013 revenues of $13.06 billion.

For 2014, operating revenues less provision for bad debts are expected to range between $19.7 billion and $21.2 billion. Analysts currently expect 2014 revenues of $13.82 billion.
