Colis Privé Selects Esker on Demand to Automate Vendor Invoices in an SAP® Environment

Esker, a globally recognized leader in document process automation solutions and SAP^® software solution and technology partner, announced today that Colis Privé, a French specialist in private package home delivery, has selected Esker to automate over 15,000 vendor invoices annually via the Esker on Demand solution.

Already utilizing Esker to automate and deliver its outbound documents (e.g. customer invoices), Colis Privé now leverages the Esker solution to capture and automate its vendor invoices, delivering end-to-end automation for all business processes. Thanks to the Esker cloud-based solution integrated with SAP, Colis Privé benefits from a new level of productivity that it would not have achieved with a traditional paper-based process.

Structured around a network of 18 regional agencies, Colis Privé delivers over 100,000 packages daily with the support of 1,700 subcontractors. Given its size and decentralized model, Colis Privé relies on Esker to automate its outbound and inbound documents — over 40,000 letters sent annually to customers (e.g., administrative mail, delivery tracking notices, etc.), over 2,000 customer invoices and customer reminder letters sent annually, electronic invoices, and now the automation and capture of over 15,000 vendor invoices.
