Coca-Cola Enterprises To Affirm Full-year 2015 Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. (CCE) said it will make a presentation to investors on Wednesday, September 9, at the Barclays Global Consumer Staples Conference in Boston.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer John Brock as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Nik Jhangiani will deliver the remarks.

In the presentation, CCE will affirm its financial guidance for fiscal 2015, including earnings per share growth at the upper end of a range of 6 percent to 8 percent, and slightly positive growth in both net sales and operating income. This guidance is comparable and currency neutral.

CCE's presentation will also include a discussion of the proposed transaction to create Coca-Cola European Partners or CCEP, and will state that previously disclosed full-year pro-forma 2015 financial targets for CCEP continue to be on-track.
