Christine Ramon Resigns As CFO, Executive Director From Sasol
(RTTNews) - Sasol Limited (SSL) announced that Christine Ramon has resigned as Chief Financial Officer or CFO and Executive Director from the company.
The company stated that Paul Victor, who is currently Executive: Group Finance, has been appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Sasol Limited with effect from 10 September 2013.
Sasol noted that Ramon has also resigned from all other directorships and offices she holds at the company and its subsidiaries and/or affiliated entities.
