ChipMOS March Revenue Up 2.0% - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD (IMOS) reported that revenue for the month of March 2015 was NT$1.775 billion or US$56.8 million, an increase of 2.0% from the same period in 2014.

ChipMOS' March 2015 consolidated revenues included revenues of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. ChipMOS U.S.A., Inc., ThaiLin Semiconductor Corp. and MODERN MIND TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and its wholly-owned subsidiary ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Shanghai) LTD.

Revenue for the first quarter of 2015 was NT$5.218 billion or US$167.0 million, representing an increase of 4.6% from the same period in 2014. The latest-quarter revenue reflected seasonality in LCD driver for small panels and memory products. The Company's guidance remains unchanged for gross margin on a consolidated basis to be in the range of approximately 21% to 24% for the first quarter of 2015.
