Change in the Total Number of Shares and Votes in Recipharm AB (publ)

In June 2015, the number of shares in Recipharm AB (publ) ("Recipharm”) has increased by 45 838 shares of series B, corresponding to 45 838 votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the issue in kind in connection with the acquisition of OT Chemistry AB, which was finalised 15 June 2015.

As of 30 June 2015, the total number of shares in Recipharm amounts to 45 765 256, divided into 12,685,716 shares of series A and 33 079 540 shares of series B. The total number of votes in Recipharm as of 30 June 2015 amounts to 159 936 700.
