Central European Media Enterprises Appoints New Co-CEOs - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (CETV) announced that it has appointed Christoph Mainusch and Michael Del Nin as its co-Chief Executive Officers, effective September 16, 2013. The company announced last month that Adrian Sarbu is resigning as President and Chief Executive Officer.

The company noted that Christoph Mainusch has a total of 16 years of experience serving as Chief Executive Officer for media companies, including positions at Alpha Media Group in Greece, RTL Televizija in Croatia and ACS Media GmbH.

Michael Del Nin has served as a CME Director from October 2009 until September 2013. He has worked as the Senior Vice President of International and Corporate Strategy at Time Warner Inc. (TWX).
