Central European Media CFO David Sach To Leave - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Central European Media Enterprises Ltd.(CETV), Thursday said its Chief Financial Officer, David Sach will step down with effect from October 29. David Sturgeon has been named the principal financial officer, who will act as CFO, while the company is on the look out for a permanent replacement.

Sturgeon has served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of CME since July 2009.

Anthony Chhoy, Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning and Operations, will leave the company effective November 15. The general directors of each of the country operations will report directly to Christoph Mainusch, co-Chief Executive Officer, the company added.
