Carlyle Group Announces Offering Of 12 Mln Common Units - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - The Carlyle Group L.P. (CG) Monday announced an underwritten public offering of 12 million common units.

Carlyle expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.8 million common units.

Net proceeds from the issuance and sale of 4.5 million common units is expected to be about $158.5 million, based on an assumed public offering price of $36.27 per common unit.

Proceeds from the issuance and sale of 7.5 million common units is estimated to be around $264.2 million, based on an assumed public offering price of $36.27 per common unit.
