Cactus Names Stephen Tadlock To Succeed Brian Small CFO, Effective March 15

(RTTNews) - Cactus, Inc. (WHD), a manufacturer of highly engineered wellhead and pressure control equipment, announced late Wednesday that the Company has appointed Stephen Tadlock to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 15, 2019.

Brian Small, the current Chief Financial Officer, will remain with the Company and transition full-time to a new role as Senior Finance Director, where he will oversee various corporate and operational finance functions.

Tadlock joined Cactus in June 2017 as Vice President of Corporate Services , and has served as the Company's Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since March 2018.
