C&J Energy Services Appoints CFO Rany McMullen To Succeed Josh Comstock As CEO

(RTTNews) - C&J Energy Services Ltd. (CJES) Monday announced the appointment of its CFO Randy McMullen as Chief Executive Officer as chief executive officer. He will succeed Josh Comstock, founder, former CEO and chairman who passed away on March 11.

The company said McMullen will continue to perform as CFO. The Board has also decided to separate the roles of chairman and CEO and in due course it will designate and announce a Chairman.

McMullen has been working with Comstock since August 2005. He was promoted to President in October 2012. Prior to joining C&J, he held various positions with Arthur Andersen, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Growth Capital Partners.
