Auspex Pharma Prices Public Offering Of 3.15 Mln Shares At $19.25/shr

(RTTNews) - Auspex Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ASPX) announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 3.15 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $19.25 per share.

It is expected that gross proceeds to the company from this offering to be about $60.6 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the company.

In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 472,500 shares of common stock.

The joint book-running managers for the offering are Stifel and BMO Capital Markets. In addition, Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, William Blair and Company, L.L.C. and Ladenburg Thalmann are acting as co-managers.
