Audible to Host Third Quarter Earnings Conference Call on November 3, 2005

Audible, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBL, www.audible.com), theleading provider of spoken audio information and entertainment on theInternet, today announced that it will host a conference call onThursday, November 3, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) to reviewthird quarter 2005 results. Audible(R) will issue its third quarterearnings release prior to the conference call and immediatelyfollowing the close of the market on Thursday, November 3, 2005.
