Attorney Leonard Stone Appointed to NJA Board of Governors

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Shook & Stone is proud to announce that one of its founding partners, Attorney Leonard H. Stone, has recently been selected to serve on the Nevada Justice Association (NJA) Board of Governors. The NJA is a non-profit organization made up of Nevada lawyers whose goal is to improve the civil justice system. Currently, there are 26 members on the Board.

Leonard Stone has more than fifteen years of legal experience, and focuses his practice on cases such as personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, Social Security disability and Workers' Compensation, among others. Mr. Stone is driven by a passion for the rights of individuals, which compliments his recent nomination to the NJA Board of Governors.

On the Board of Governors, Mr. Stone will be responsible for promoting the continuing education of its members, monitoring legislative sessions, and other goals that will further the organization's mission of education and legislative oversight.
