Artis Real Estate Investment Trust Announces Rescheduled Conference Call to Discuss Q2-19 Results
WINNIPEG, July 25, 2019 /CNW/ - Artis Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: AX.UN) ("Artis" or the "REIT") announced today that it has rescheduled its conference call to discuss financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019, to Thursday, August 1, 2019, at 4:30 p.m. CT (5:30 p.m. ET) from the previously announced date of Friday, August 2, 2019. Second quarter results will be released prior to the conference call and made available on Artis' website at http://www.artisreit.com.
The conference call can be accessed by dialing 1-416-764-8688 or 1-888-390-0546. You will be required to identify yourself and the organization on whose behalf you are participating.

Property NOI is a non-GAAP measure. Artis calculates Property NOI as revenues less property operating expenses such as utilities, repairs and maintenance and realty taxes. Property NOI does not include charges for interest or other expenses not specific to the day-to-day operation of the REIT's properties.
