Applied Industrial Buys Canada's Seals Unlimited; Terms Not Disclosed

(RTTNews) - Industrial distributor Applied Industrial Technologies (AIT) announced Wednesday that it has acquired Seals Unlimited, a distributor of sealing, fastener and hose products, located in Burlington, Ontario. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Seals and its team of 15 associates operate from a single location in Burlington. The company's product portfolio includes seals, o-rings, gaskets, lubricants, adhesives and sealing products. The company ALSO provides engineering support and consulting services in a variety of industries

Following the deal, Seals will operate as a subsidiary of Applied Canada under its existing name.
