Aon Consulting Acquires London-based Market Intelligence Firm Z/Yen Limited

CHICAGO, March 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aon Consulting, the human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation , announced today that its subsidiary, McLagan Partners, has completed the acquisition of Z/Yen Limited, a London-based market intelligence firm. Z/Yen Limited is a subsidiary of the Z/Yen Group, and all other work undertaken by the Z/Yen Group such as management consultancy, research and predictive software, are unaffected by this change. The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

McLagan Partners, a leading pay and performance organization, offers proprietary market studies and consulting services to firms in the financial services industry. The acquisition of Z/Yen Limited will complement McLagan's existing services by providing cost per trade analysis and customer perception studies for the capital markets.
