Alliance Data Systems Expands Share Buyback For Up To $1 Bln - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Alliance Data Systems Corp. (ADS), a provider of data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions, announced that its board has approved an increase in authorization to acquire up to $1 billion of the Company's common stock during 2015.

In January 2015, a new stock repurchase program was announced where the Company's board of directors approved the purchase of up to $600 million of common stock, and replacing the previous program, which expired at the end of 2014.

Under this repurchase program the Company is authorized to repurchase shares in open market purchases as well as in privately negotiated transactions from time to time through December 31, 2015. Repurchases will be financed through free cash flow and borrowings, the company said.
