AAON Appoints Andy Cheung As CFO

(RTTNews) - AAON Inc. (AAON), an HVAC solutions provider, on Thursday announced the appointment of Andy Cheung as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective April 20.

Cheung will take over Rebecca Thompson, who will transition to the role of Chief Accounting Officer.

The company also appointed Luke Bomer as General Counsel, effective April 1, a newly created role focused on governance, compliance, and risk management.

The leadership changes are aimed at strengthening financial discipline, governance, and supporting the company's long-term growth.

In the pre-market trading, AAON is 2.55% lesser at $81.52 on the Nasdaq.
