The company implemented a commercial excellence initiative in Safety and Industrial, now replicated in other segments, using advanced analytics to drive sales effectiveness and reduce churn. The initiative, first launched in Safety and Industrial, was expanded to other business groups in Q2 2025. Cash deployment remained disciplined, with a recent New Jersey PFAS settlement spreading payments over 25 years and ongoing management of remaining legal exposures.
