The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve capital appreciation in the medium term. The allocation of the Sub-Fund’s assets will respond with flexibility to market trends and opportunities, with a systematic process to invest in a wide and diversified range of asset classes not correlated and with particular interest in equities, and derivatives, for the purpose of risk hedging, efficient management including but not limited to swap transactions and Total Return Swap (with shares as underlying), options, warrants, futures, other equity derivatives traded either on a regulated market or OTC and forward transactions. The Sub-Fund may also invest in money market instruments, government bonds, corporate and convertible bonds.
