In order to achieve this, the Fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets in a portfolio of equity securities that consists of the equity securities of the Index or in depositary receipts that may include American Depositary Receipts, Global Depositary Receipts, or European Depositary Receipts representing securities in the Index where direct investment in a constituent security of the Index is not possible.
