YPF: Company To Sell Up To US$ 750 Million In 10-year Bonds

(RTTNews) - Argentina's YPF will sell US$ 500 million in debt securities with a ten-year maturity and a fixed rate. The company may expand the bond sale up to US$ 750 million.

According to a statement by the Argentinean oil company, JPMorgan Chase Bank Buenos Aires' branch will act as a coordinator in Argentina, but the securities would be available abroad, also, via Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan.

The bond issue and settlement date will be July 21. YPF will determine the interest fixed rate before the issue.
