South Korea PPI Climbs 0.4% In February
(RTTNews) - Producer prices in South Korea advanced 0.4 percent on month in February, the Bank of Korea said on Tuesday.
That was in line with expectations and unchanged from the rate of growth in January.
Individually, prices for agricultural, forestry and marine products surged 5.7 percent on month, while manufacturing products added 0.2 percent, services gained 0.1 percent and utilities were unchanged.
On a yearly basis, producer prices climbed 1.3 percent - exceeding forecasts for 1.2 percent, which would have been unchanged from, the previous month.
