South Korea GDP On Tap For Thursday
(RTTNews) - South Korea will on Thursday release Q3 figures for gross domestic product, highlighting a modest day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
GDP is expected to have risen 0.9 percent on quarter and 3.2 percent on year following the 0.5 percent quarterly increase and the 3.5 percent yearly gain in the second quarter.
Australia will see October results for retail sales, imports, exports and trade balance. Retail sales are expected to be flat on month after gaining 1.2 percent in September. The trade balance is tipped to show a deficit of A$1.8 billion following the A$2.261 billion shortfall in the previous month - when imports were worth A$28.72 billion and exports were at A$26.46 billion.
Thailand will see November numbers for its consumer confidence index; in October, the index had a score of 80.1.
