Slovenia's Consumer Sentiment Improves In March
(RTTNews) - Slovenia's consumer confidence improved modestly in March, but remained well below the long-term norms, data published by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia revealed Friday.
The unadjusted consumer confidence index came in at -29 in March, up slightly from the February score of -31. In January, the reading was -28.
Driving the improvement of the overall sentiment, the measure of consumers' views of the general economic situation over the next twelve months increased by 5 points in March from the prior month.
Meanwhile, the sub-indicator of expectations for personal finances decreased to -22 from -21 in February.
The survey showed that the indicators of consumers' views of the current situation of personal finances as well as the economy remained unchanged.
