Poland May Producer Price Decline Worse Than Forecast
(RTTNews) - Poland's producer prices decreased at a faster-than-expected rate in May, data from the Central Statistical Office showed Wednesday.
The producer price index fell 1 percent annually, after a 0.7 percent decline in April. Economists were looking for a 0.7 percent drop.
Compared to the previous month, producer prices decreased 0.2 percent in May, repeating April's outcome. Economists had forecast a modest gain of 0.1 percent.
